Every formula is patch-tested at independent labs before shipping. We list the full ingredient deck on every product page so you can check before buying. Twelve formulas are flagged "for reactive skin" — those skip fragrance entirely and use the lowest percentages that still work.
Orders over $75 ship free in the US. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours and arrive in 3-5 business days. Every package includes a return label.
Return it within 30 days, used or unused, for a full refund. Email returns@solera.com with your order number. We pay return shipping for any reason — including "I just didn't like it."
All formulas are cruelty-free and certified by Leaping Bunny. 47 of 50 products are vegan; the three exceptions use lanolin (responsibly sourced, named on the label). We will never test on animals.
