Cedar sauna
180 °F traditional cedar room. Two sessions a week is the floor.
Cold plunge
45 °F. Two minutes, three rounds. Programmed contrast with the sauna.

Common questions. Straight answers.
Yes. The free intro class is built for first-timers. The coach scales every movement. We've onboarded members from "haven't worked out in a decade" to "competing powerlifter" using the same method.
Two things: progressive load (you actually get stronger, week over week) and structured recovery (sauna and cold plunge on-site, programmed against your training). Most studios skip both.
Just yourself. Showers, towels, lift shoes (in our sizes), kettlebells, barbells — all here. Locker on first day. Bring a water bottle.
14 person cap. The coach watches every set. If you can't get the form, the coach catches it. If you can, the coach pushes the load.
Yes. Unlimited members can pause up to 30 days per year (vacation, injury, life). Class packs don't expire for 90 days. We're not in the cancellation-trap business.
