The Studio Sweater
Knitted in a single panel in Porto. Mended-not-replaced lifetime warranty. Sizes XS to XL. The piece we wear most often.
Autumn '26 capsule · Now drop 04
Heavyweight cotton. Mended, not replaced. Ten pieces per drop, every six weeks. The plan is the piece, not the volume.
Drop 04 · Three pieces, weighted
Every drop has a starting point. These three pieces anchor the capsule — wear them across the next eighteen months. Everything else builds around them.
Knitted in a single panel in Porto. Mended-not-replaced lifetime warranty. Sizes XS to XL. The piece we wear most often.
Cut from a 320gsm Italian linen we've been hunting for two years. Hand-finished hems. Worn out of the studio next door, photographed in the lot behind it.
Garment-dyed in small batches outside Lisbon. Reinforced shoulder seam. Worn open over the Studio Sweater. Will fade quietly over five years. That's the point.
The cotton
Every fabric we use is picked in person. The Studio Sweater's cotton-merino comes from a mill outside Porto we've worked with since the second drop. The Field Shirt's 320gsm linen we found at a textile show in Como in 2024 and tied up the next year's run on the spot.
The standard for the brand is simple: if we wouldn't wear it for five years, it doesn't get in the drop.

The studio
Aisha started Halden out of a studio above a wine shop in 2023. The brand has one rule that hasn't moved: ten pieces a year, each one revisited in the second drop. Cotton gets ordered once. Sewing happens close to the studio. Photography is whatever happens in the lot behind it.
If a piece doesn't earn its second drop, it doesn't come back. That hasn't happened yet.
"The plan is the piece, not the volume. We pick ten things a year and put everything into them. The drop cadence is the discipline."
— Aisha Patel, co-owner
Editorial · Autumn '26 capsule
No on-location shoots. No outsourced photography. The Autumn campaign was shot in three afternoons in the parking lot behind the studio. The light was the light that day. The piece is the piece.
